Roy joined Sweetwood Capital in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Sweetwood Family Office and Sweetwood AM 

Previously, Roy worked at Psagot Investment House. He worked as a Mutual Funds Manager with a focus
on Fixed Income and US Equities. Prior to Psagot, Roy worked at Altshuler Shaham as a Fund Manager.

Roy graduated from Tel Aviv University with a Bachelor of Political science. He also did an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
Roy is also a CFA charter holder.
